AI Doctor is an educational study tool for medical students — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on it for real patient care or for any clinical, diagnostic, or treatment decision.
Always verify everything against authoritative sources, your curriculum, and qualified supervisors or licensed healthcare professionals. You use AI Doctor entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Doctor and its operators accept no liability for any loss, harm, error, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its AI-generated content. 1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Doctor (“AI Doctor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aidoctor.study and use our study tools. By using the service you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — if you create an account, your email address and authentication details (managed via our authentication provider, Google Firebase).
- Waitlist / contact information — the email address (and any study details) you submit through forms on our site.
- Study content you submit — questions, notes, lecture material, and prompts you send to the AI features.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser/device type, and interactions, used to improve the product.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve AI Doctor's study features.
- To generate AI responses to your questions and prompts.
- To communicate with you (e.g., waitlist updates, account or service notices).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing & third-party services
To deliver AI features, the content you submit may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers and infrastructure partners. We use trusted providers including (as applicable): Google Firebase (authentication & database), AI model providers, Gumroad (payments for the Pro plan), and privacy-respecting analytics. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Please avoid submitting real patient-identifiable information or confidential personal data into the AI features.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and to understand how the site is used (analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see “Your rights”).
7. Your rights (including GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 8. Children
AI Doctor is intended for medical and nursing students and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
